Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds for non-original artworks ( reproductions “ie. prints posters and merch”): We offer Re-funds on non-Original artworks within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. a shipping label will be sent through email for return.
  • Refunds for Original Artwork: We do not offer refunds for Original Artwork, as these items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds for Commissions: Commissions Require a $100 consultation and design fee that will be included in the cost of the 50% deposit to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable. After the Initial deposit, revisions can be made and the remaining payment is not due until you love it. If you decide that you will no longer want to go through with the commission after the initial deposit the commission process will end. Once the commission is completed, the remaining 50% Payment is due. We do not offer refunds for completed commissions.
